My experience in the industry

I worked across the road at Sony UK for 23 years, starting my career as a Sales Advisor. I covered multiple roles, 11 in all covering Sales, Accounts Receivable, Fraud, Commercial Investments, and finally Marketing. I led on many projects and events, with my last role as a Product/Marketing Manager within the Audio range.

What was your first week at Daikin like?

My first week went very quickly, especially as it landed within a Bank Holiday!

What are your first impressions of Daikin?

Everyone is very friendly, and I look forward to being able to learn new skills within the digital marketing area.

What would you say to someone who was considering applying for a job at Daikin?

I have colleagues who were made redundant at the same time as me and I have advised them to apply. It’s a great opportunity to join a growing company.

How do you spend your weekends?

I spend my weekends exploring new places in my campervan with my partner and my 2-year-old Cavapoo, Mollie. I also enjoy oil painting, gardening, and hanging out with my two teenagers.
