Meet Greig Denton, the Key Account Manager for the National New Build team at Daikin. With 17 years of heating industry experience, Greig brings expertise from Ideal Stelrad, Baxi, and Mitsubishi Electric. Joining Daikin in Birmingham on June 5th, 2023, Greig feels welcomed by the positive and friendly atmosphere and is excited to contribute to the company's growth during the industry's transition to Renewable Heating.

What is your experience in the industry?

I have 17 years of experience in the heating industry, mainly in specification working with Ideal Stelrad, Baxi and Mitsubishi Electric.

What was your first week at Daikin like?

I enjoyed my visit to Weybridge and felt there was very much a family type atmosphere.

What are your first impressions of Daikin?

I’m delighted to have joined the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer and really looking forward to working with our National New Build team. I’ve picked up on the positive and friendly attitude of everyone I’ve met to date.

What would you say to someone who was considering applying for a job at Daikin?

Go for it, now is the time to come on board with Daikin who’ll be best placed to maximise growth as the heating industry gears up for the huge transition from Gas to Renewable Heating... Exciting times ahead!

How do you spend your weekends?

Along with my wife, we try and squeeze a game of golf in… weather permitting!
