What is your experience in the industry?

My previous job was with Ideal Standard. I was there for 11 years. I had a few roles there. From specification to key accounts. Dealing with architects, M&E contractors, and main contractors. Most recently, I was the Key Account Manager looking after independent merchants that formed part of the buying groups.

What are your first impressions of Daikin?

My first week was great. There is a huge amount to learn from product to process. But the knowledge that exists within the London South team and the business will be a massive help.

What would you say to someone who was considering applying for a job at Daikin?

First impressions have been great. Everyone has been extremely friendly and supportive. The word “family” is used for Daikin. It certainly feels like that.
